Recently, Guofuhee, through its Brazilian joint venture Guofuhee Brazil, joined the Parceiros project with SENAI-SP (Electric Power Systems Innovation Institute) in Brazil. This collaboration marks a significant step in promoting hydrogen technology in South America and includes the installation of a 100 kw water electrolysis hydrogen generation system at the SENAI “Comendador Santoro Mirone” school in Indaiatuba for research and teaching purposes. The system will provide hands-on training in advanced technologies, supporting the energy sector transition towards sustainable solutions in Brazil.
This initiative coincides with China’s leadership attending the 19th G20 Summit and making a state visit to Brazil, highlighting deepening cooperation between China and Brazil in clean energy. It signifies a milestone for Guofu Hydrogen Energy in the international hydrogen market and reflects shared efforts to drive global hydrogen industry development.
SENAI “Comendador Santoro Mirone” is renowned for its programs in energy systems, electrical engineering, industrial automation, and renewable energy technologies. By integrating water electrolysis technology, the school aims to meet the evolving needs of Brazil’s energy sector and support sustainable energy transitions.
Through this partnership, new opportunities for R&D in hydrogen energy industry have emerged in Brazil. The collaboration with SENAI focuses on developing industrialization technologies suited to Indaiatuba’s strengths, aiming to establish it as an advanced hydrogen energy innovation hub.
This year also marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Brazil. Over five decades, these nations have built a model of win-win cooperation and shared destiny. Now, Guofuhee Brazil is committed to providing comprehensive hydrogen energy solutions, including production, storage, transportation, refueling, and utilization. A local assembly plant under construction in Ceará State plans to deliver no less than 5GW of water electrolysis systems by 2030, significantly boosting Brazil’s hydrogen industry and contributing to economic growth and job creation.
Looking ahead, we are confident that Sino-Brazilian relations will enter a new 'Golden 50 Years,' fostering a more equitable and sustainable community. With abundant clean energy resources in Brazil and leading solutions of Guofuhee, there are promising opportunities for collaboration in clean energy. As the equipment arrives and projects commence, Guofuhee anticipates opening a new chapter of green energy cooperation with Brazilian partners, setting benchmarks for the global hydrogen industry.
