As a liquid hydrogen industry platform enterprise under Oilinvest B.V., Hemtron possesses technical expertise and project experience in hydrogen liquefaction plant construction, hydrogen refueling station deployment, and low-temperature storage and transportation. Guofuhee, a leading domestic hydrogen player, leverages core technological innovation and demonstrates strength in hydrogen equipment manufacturing and supply chain solutions. With multiple proprietary intellectual properties in critical technologies, it provides robust support for industrial advancement.

Under the cooperation framework, both parties will deepen collaboration across the liquid hydrogen supply chain. They aim to develop flexible and efficient "non-pipeline" liquid hydrogen solutions while integrating premium global hydrogen technologies to accelerate the deployment of European liquid hydrogen infrastructure. The partnership will focus on full-chain optimization, with plans to jointly advance multiple projects covering hydrogen liquefaction, liquid hydrogen tank container transportation, and hydrogen refueling stations. By directly interfacing with upstream sectors such as renewable power generation and hydrogen production via water electrolysis, the collaboration will establish low-carbon hydrogen production pathways powered by green renewable energy, all while maintaining effective cost control.

Amid the global green energy transition, demand for liquid hydrogen continues to surge. This collaboration represents a significant step in synergizing complementary strengths and technologies, marking a pivotal advancement in international partnerships and scaled hydrogen applications of Guofuhee. It injects new vitality into Sino-German green energy cooperation. Both parties will accelerate project timelines, deepen cooperation in R&D, equipment deployment, and industrial chain development, explore market-adaptive models, and share achievements to accelerate global low-carbon development.
