GUOFUHEE Jointly Conducts Site Visit in Tasmania, Australia to Accelerate Hydrogen Energy Project Implementation

Recently, led by Chairman Wu Pinfang, GUOFUHEE, together with its subsidiary GUOFUHEE Australia and Line Hydrogen, carried out an intensive multi-day on-site inspection of the hydrogen energy project in Tasmania. This marks a crucial step for the three parties in advancing international cooperation across the green hydrogen energy industrial chain. Centered on the practical implementation of the hydrogen energy industrial chain in Tasmania, the inspection journey was tightly scheduled and highly productive. The delegation first paid a visit to the headquarters of a leading local logistics company, where in-depth discussions were held with the company's management team on end-user application scenarios such as hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks and hydrogen fuel cell logistics vehicles. Both sides explored the operational feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and future cooperation directions of hydrogen-fueled vehicles in long-haul transportation, laying a solid market foundation for the subsequent commercialization of hydrogen energy applications. Subsequently, the team conducted on-site surveys of the proposed locations for hydrogen refueling stations. The site layout took comprehensive account of traffic flow, infrastructure connectivity, and safety regulatory requirements, aiming to build a convenient and efficient hydrogen refueling network that provides infrastructure support for the promotion of hydrogen energy vehicles. Meanwhile, the inspection group also conducted field research on the candidate sites for the planned hydrogen production plants, with a focus on evaluating local renewable energy supply, land resources, and transportation conditions to ensure the large-scale and cost-effective production of green hydrogen in the future. In addition, the inspection team held a special meeting with the person in charge of industrial development of the Tasmanian local government. Both sides exchanged views on policy support for the hydrogen energy industry, regional energy transition planning, and supporting measures for project implementation. The local government representative stated that it will actively support the advancement of green hydrogen projects in the region, looking forward to driving local employment, optimizing the energy structure, and fostering low-carbon economic development through the project. Endowed with abundant hydropower, photovoltaic, and wind power resources, Tasmania is regarded as one of the most promising green hydrogen production bases in Australia. The cooperation between GUOFUHEE and Line Hydrogen aims to integrate China's advanced hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing technology with Australia's high-quality renewable energy resources, jointly building a full-industry-chain demonstration project covering hydrogen production, storage and transportation, refueling, and end-user applications. This on-site inspection has provided an important basis for the subsequent feasibility study, engineering design, and investment decision-making of the project. GUOFUHEE Teams Up with NRSSB to Build a New Green Hydrogen Ecosystem in Southeast Asia

On November 21, the signing ceremony for the integrated green hydrogen project in Terengganu, Malaysia, GUOFUHEE and Nova RE Suria Sdn Bhd(hereinafter referred to as “NRSSB”) officially signed a strategic agreement, marking the beginning of their in-depth collaboration in the hydrogen energy sector. The signing event brought together a diverse group of partners, including Bin Zayed International (BZIM) from the UAE, Energy China International Jointly with Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute, and others. Focusing on the critical green hydrogen consumption and distribution segment, GUOFUHEE and NRSSB are working closely with the project owner and other stakeholders to drive the project forward, injecting multi-dimensional momentum into the development of a robust green hydrogen industry ecosystem. Located in Terengganu, Malaysia, this project represents one of the first large-scale flagship green hydrogen initiativesin the region. Qilu Liquid Hydrogen Project Achieves Mass Production, GUOFUEE’s Paving the Way for High-Tech Industrial Advancement in China

Recently, the Qilu Liquid Hydrogen Project-equipped with core complete sets of equipment and engineering technical services provided by GUOFUHEE has achieved a major milestone: the successful commissioning and batch production of 10 tons per day of liquid hydrogen. This marks the launch of China’s first 10-ton-class liquid hydrogen production facility featuring fully independently developed, domestically owned intellectual property. It represents the culmination of years of technical breakthroughs and engineering practice by the Guofu team, laying a solid foundation for advancing large-scale liquid hydrogen industrialization in China and providing strong support for the high-quality development of the hydrogen energy sector. Looking back at the project’s development journey, GUOFUHEE has advanced steadily, step by step. In May 2023, the core complete set of equipment was successfully rolled off the production line, overcoming multiple technical challenges in the field of liquid hydrogen. By May 2024, core equipment had been installed and the full process had been commissioned on-site at the Qilu Hydrogen Energy base in Zibo, Shandong. The project then successfully passed the review and validation of a panel of authoritative domestic experts in the liquid hydrogen field. Now, after multiple rounds of optimization and stability testing, the facility has officially reached mass production readiness, steadily delivering on its promise of technological implementation and industrial empowerment. As a highlight of the project’s core technology, the mass production of liquid hydrogen demonstrates significant performance advantages: the comprehensive energy consumption for hydrogen liquefaction is less than 12 kW·h/kg-LH₂, the measured para-hydrogen content in the product hydrogen exceeds 98.5%, and the purity reaches above 7N-all indicators that meet or exceed international advanced standards. These achievements effectively drive down the production cost of liquid hydrogen. The product quality complies with all relevant standards, providing a reliable guarantee for diverse downstream applications such as fuel cell transportation vehicles and electronic-grade gases for the semiconductor industry. The equipment utilizes GUOFUHEE’s independently developed multi-stage pre-cooling hydrogen expansion refrigeration technology. Its core components-the 20K hydrogen liquefaction cold box and hydrogen expander-boast fully independent intellectual property rights. The equipment features a compact structure, high heat exchange efficiency, and stable operation, making it highly suitable for scaled application scenarios. Compared to LNG projects, liquid hydrogen engineering offers even more pronounced economies of scale. Drawing on the experience of the U.S. liquid hydrogen industry, the cost of liquid hydrogen is expected to decline significantly as the scale of liquefaction increases by orders of magnitude. The mass production at the Qilu Liquid Hydrogen Project strengthens confidence in the expansion and efficiency enhancement of China’s liquid hydrogen industry and lays the groundwork for subsequent hundred-ton-class liquid hydrogen projects. As an important technical pathway under China’s “West Hydrogen East Transmission” strategy, ultra-large-scale liquid hydrogen plants not only facilitate the scaling and marketization of long-distance waterway and overland hydrogen transport but also provide an efficient and viable solution for peak shaving and energy storage in hydrogen pipeline networks. This drives the scaled extension of high-quality, low-cost hydrogen into civilian applications. Over the next decade, China will enter a phase of innovation-driven cultivation, focusing on nurturing and expanding emerging industries and future-oriented sectors. GUOFUHEE and PT. BTG Sign Agreement to Jointly Expand Hydrogen Offtake Market in Southeast Asia

October 25, 2025 - Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. (“GUOFUHEE”) and PT. Batam Teknogi Gas (“PT. BTG”) have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement on hydrogen energy in Singapore. The collaboration will focus on advancing hydrogen energy initiatives in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, leveraging industrial synergy to drive low-carbon economic development in the region and support the realization of global carbon neutrality goals. PT. BTG, founded by industrial gas and manufacturing entrepreneur Hendri, is a leading provider of industrial and medical gas solutions in Batam.
