Set Sail for Overseas Market｜GUOFUHEE's Manufacturing Base Project in Brazil Receives Close Attention from State Governor

On September 16, 2023, Mr. Wu Pinfang, Chairman of Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co, Ltd. (“GUOFUHEE”) met with Mr. Elmano de Freitas da Costa, Governor of Ceara State, Brazil, and his delegation in Shanghai. Mr. Governor paid great attention to GUOFUHEE's global strategic layout and warmly welcomed GUOFUHEE's joint venture with Brazilian partner to invest and build a factory in Ceara State, which will be an important step to build a blueprint for localization of hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing in Latin America. Chairman Wu introduced to Mr. Governor about the layout of GUOFUHEE's whole industrial chain in hydrogen generation, storage, transportation, refueling and application, as well as the planning of GUOFUHEE's five overseas production and manufacturing bases. Subsequently, Mr. Governor also introduced the long-term plan for hydrogen projects, and the advantages of developing hydrogen production and hydrogen eco-chain projects in the state of Ceara, a key renewable energy development region in Brazil, especially the Port of Pecem in Ceara for its convenient logistics and tax exemption policy. Ceara, as a state with the most planned green hydrogen projects in Brazil, has signed 32 green hydrogen projects with developers and investors from all over the world, and the demand for hydrogen energy equipment is tremendous. GUOFUHEE's planning of a 1GW electrolyzer manufacturing base in the Port of Pecem is of great significance for the development of the hydrogen and renewable energy industry in the state of Ceara, Brazil, and even in the entire Latin America. GUOFUHEE has established a joint venture company in Brazil, GF Hydrogen Brazil Ltd which is actively expanding hydrogen business in Brazil. In addition to the manufacturing project at the Port of Pecem, GUOFUHEE and its partner are also actively engaged in green hydrogen generation, hydrogen refueling stations and supporting hydrogen transportation projects. GUOFUHEE & Evergreen Cryogenics Launched a Liquid Hydrogen Joint Venture in Singapore

On September 8, 2023, Mr. Wu Pinfang, Chairman of Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co, Ltd. ("GUOFUHEE") and Mr. Shukui Zhao, Director of Evergreen Cryogenics, a U.S. company, signed a joint venture agreement in Shanghai and Singapore through an online signing ceremony. According to the agreement, the two parties will jointly invest and establish a joint venture company in Singapore to engage in the development and optimization of hydrogen liquefaction process packages at 15 TPD, 30 TPD and above scale. Based on the agreement, the joint venture will carry out research and development of large-scale hydrogen liquefaction process packages in accordance with market demand, and optimize the existing technologies and processes to improve the stability and reliability of the products to meet the needs of customers. The joint venture plans to complete the development of 15TPD and 30TPD hydrogen liquefaction process packages and the integration and development of key equipment configurations, and build at least one 15TPD or 30TPD hydrogen liquefaction plant in China and put it into operation by 2023 to 2025, and build and put into operation at least three 15TPD or 30TPD hydrogen liquefaction plant projects in China and overseas by 2025 to 2027, and meet the listing requirements in Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States by 2027-2030. The JV agreement marks the full integration of the two companies' strengths and resources for more efficient R&D and commercialization. Hydrogen is a clean, carbon-free fuel that, whether burned or fed into a fuel cell to generate electricity, generates water as the only by-product and produces no greenhouse gas like CO2. However, only hydrogen produced with zero emissions, such as from renewable energy sources, etc., will be recognized as green hydrogen.Singapore aims to achieve carbon neutrality (i.e. net zero emissions of greenhouse gases) by 2050. Despite of its limited renewable energy resources, how to meet domestic energy demand and promote sustainable development while addressing climate change has been one of the key issues for Singapore. Liquid hydrogen is the storage method with the highest hydrogen density, which is also the state of hydrogen with the highest quality and purity. Liquid hydrogen can be stored and transported more compactly and efficiently than by high-pressure hydrogen and pipeline, and is extensively used in energy, chemical, and high-end manufacturing industries, and also plays an important role in advanced technologies such as superconducting energy storage.In countries where land and resources are scarce, the uniqueness of liquid hydrogen and its high quality development and applications make it the most compelling product in the renewable energy market, and international trade of liquid hydrogen has already begun and liquid hydrogen is set to receive more and more attention. Training International Technical Talents to Support the Globalization Strategy of Green Hydrogen Equipment Application and Hydrogen Project Operation

Following the launch of the Global Hydrogen Equipment Base and the Hydrogen Operation Excellence Strategy, GUOFUHEE has established manufacturing bases and hydrogen operation companies in Europe, Australia and the Middle East to capitalize on the global hydrogen energy market opportunities, and to promote the development of innovative green energy projects with partners from all around the world.  On August 9, 2023, Mr. Wu Pinfang, Chairman of Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. ("GUOFUHEE") and Ms. Sophia Ng, Director of Australian Institute of Professional Technique ("AIPT"), signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement in Melbourne, Australia with the main objective of addressing the challenges of global climate change and carbon emissions, and expanding the global hydrogen energy industry deployment of GUOFUHEE. The two parties will work together to train hydrogen energy talents by leveraging their respective strengths. The two sides propose to establish a hydrogen energy technology institute at AIPT's Melbourne Campus, specializing in the training of high-quality and versatile technical talents as well as professional and skillful frontline workers, which will help the company to build an internationalized talent pool, ensure the stable and sustainable development of its global workforce, and lay a solid foundation for building international market competitiveness and implementing the globalization strategy of GUOFUHEE.  The agreement stipulates that GUOFUHEE will provide professional teaching and training for the hydrogen energy technology institute, and deeply integrate the talents with the industry through the application of technology, and refer the qualified trainees to job opportunities in hydrogen energy industry all over the world. GUOFUHEE Entered into Partnership in Singapore to Develop Hydrogen Energy Market in Southeast Asia

On August 3, 2023, Mr. Wu Pinfang, Chairman of Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, the three parties will jointly invest and establish a joint venture company in Singapore to build a new pattern of market development in Southeast Asia by relying on GUOFUHEE's technological advantages in the hydrogen industry chain. Based on the local market of Singapore, the joint venture will lead the development of hydrogen energy projects in Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia and other ASEAN countries.
