GUOFUHEE Delivers Core Demonstration System for Green Hydrogen Project in Morocco │ Key Equipment Started Shipping

Sep 5, 2025

Recently, GUOFUHEE successfully shipped a 10 Nm³/h electrolyzer and a 10 kW fuel cell combined heat and power (CHP) system, which are designated for the Clean Hydrogen Center of Excellence in Morocco. This milestone marks a significant step in the strategic expansion into the African clean energy market for GUOFUHEE.

The system will support the first green hydrogen project and serve as a core demonstration unit during the opening ceremony of the local Clean Hydrogen Center of Excellence in Morocco. Senior Moroccan government officials and global green energy experts will gather at the event to witness the achievement of this collaboration. The shipment represents a key outcome of the in-depth partnership between GUOFUHEE and its Moroccan partners, GF Hydrogen Africa (GFHA) and the prestigious institution L'Ecole Hassania des Travaux Publics (EHTP).

Integrated with EHTP’s photovoltaic power generation system, the solution employs “green hydrogen production + hydrogen energy storage” coupling technology to form a closed-loop energy system that efficiently utilizes renewable energy and ensures stable power supply. This approach not only maximizes the use of local renewable resources but also provides technical support for stable and sustainable energy supply.

Along with the equipment delivery, the parties will jointly launch a hydrogen technology talent development program, cultivating local expertise through technical training and academic exchanges. This innovative model offers a practical blueprint for clean energy infrastructure in Morocco, and the technical validation results will support broader exploration of hydrogen applications.

Notably, GUOFUHEE’s solution will also be applied this year in a clean energy project for a local hotel in Morocco. According to the cooperation plan, follow-up projects will include hydrogen refueling stations at ports, demonstration operations of hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks, and modular hydrogen and ammonia production projects. These efforts will lay the technical foundation for green hydrogen mobility solutions in Morocco during the 2030 World Cup.

This equipment shipment exemplifies GUOFUHEE’s concrete efforts in advancing hydrogen energy cooperation with Moroccan partners. As the Center of Excellence becomes operational, it will accelerate local technological adaptation and industry chain collaboration, providing practical solutions for energy transition in Africa. This progress further strengthens capabilities in technological exports and market expansion within the global clean energy sector for GUOFUHEE.
