October 18, the signing ceremony for the liquid hydrogen-powered drone project between GUOFUHEE and Korea's Hylium was grandly held in Jiaxing Nanhu High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. Attendees included Chen Qunwei, Secretary of the Nanhu District Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Jiaxing Nanhu High-Tech Zone; Xu Gang, Standing Committee Member of the District Committee and Deputy District Head; Chen Yu, Standing Committee Member of the District Committee, Head of the Organization Department, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Zone; and Wu Ping, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Zone. Representing the companies were GUOFUHEE's Chairman Wu Pinfang and Hylium's Chairman Kim Seo-young, along with their core teams, who jointly witnessed the launch of this collaboration.

GUOFUHEE, a leading Chinese hydrogen equipment enterprise, possesses solid industrial experience. Hylium, originating from the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), is a globally leading provider of liquid hydrogen technology solutions. Hylium boasts mature technologies across the entire liquid hydrogen chain - including liquefaction, storage, and transportation – and has deep expertise in developing hydrogen fuel cell drones. It also supplies core equipment such as liquid hydrogen refueling stations and thermoelectric cooling systems. With its cutting-edge technology and commercial experience, Hylium is highly competitive globally in the fields of liquid hydrogen applications and low-altitude hydrogen equipment.
This signing marks the start of in-depth collaboration centered on technological synergy in liquid hydrogen-powered drones. Leveraging GUOFUHEE's industrial resources, the partners plan future investments in Nanhu to expand the production layout of key equipment like liquid hydrogen cylinders, storage tanks, and drone hydrogen supply systems, aiming to build a closed-loop industrial chain. Concurrently, GUOFUHEE will make a strategic investment in Hylium, participating orderly in its Pre-IPO and subsequent development phases. The two companies have also reached strategic cooperation intentions covering multiple directions: promoting the offtake of liquid hydrogen produced from renewable energy sources in GUOFUHEE's Inner Mongolia projects within the Korean market; jointly advancing a Korean green hydrogen demonstration project encompassing "production, storage, transportation, refueling, and application"; and collaboratively exploring the liquid hydrogen industrial markets in North America and Europe. This establishes a pattern of "industrial linkage + capital synergy." Chen Qunwei, Secretary of the Nanhu District Committee, emphasized in his speech that the district will provide services based on the principles of "rule of law, integrity, and efficiency" to facilitate the project's successful implementation.

Looking ahead, the partners will use the Jiaxing project as a starting point to unlock the potential of integrating liquid hydrogen technology with the low-altitude economy, aiming to set a benchmark for the hydrogen-powered low-altitude equipment industry. This collaboration represents a critical step for GUOFUHEE in deepening its industrial chain layout and serves as a practical example of Sino-Korean corporate synergistic innovation. Moving forward, the partners will use technology as a bridge to jointly chart a new chapter in "Hydrogen Energy + Low-Altitude Economy" development.
