GUOFUHEE and Line Hydrogen (Australia) Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Line Hydrogen") have officially signed a business cooperation agreement. This signing marks the deepening of the strategic investment relationship between the two parties — through its investment in Line Hydrogen, GUOFUHEE has successfully secured key equipment orders for the core hydrogen energy project in Tasmania, Australia, which stands as a significant milestone in its intensive development of the Australian market.

As a dedicated player in the hydrogen energy sector, GUOFUHEE has laid a solid foundation in Oceania. Its partner, Line Hydrogen, is a high-growth pre-IPO enterprise specializing in green hydrogen, with deep involvement in Australia’s national-level hydrogen energy demonstration projects. The company’s business scope covers hydrogen production, hydrogen refueling, and hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks, boasting profound technical expertise in industrial green power solutions.

In accordance with the cooperation plan, the two parties will take the lead in jointly advancing the Tasmanian hydrogen energy project in Australia. On the practical cooperation front, GUOFUHEE has successfully locked in a long-term partnership to supply Line Hydrogen with a full set of core equipment, including water electrolysis hydrogen production systems, hydrogen refueling stations, and Multi-Element Gas Containers (MEGC). It will also provide comprehensive services such as installation and commissioning, technical training, and operation and maintenance, ensuring efficient connection across the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. Additionally, the two sides have established institutional arrangements including priority supply to safeguard the stability and sustainability of the cooperation, with a joint focus on achieving green hydrogen business objectives.

Leveraging Line Hydrogen’s local resources and market experience, GUOFUHEE will accelerate the expansion of its presence in the Australian green hydrogen market, promoting the overseas implementation of its equipment technology and full-chain services. Meanwhile, the continuous development and capitalization process of Line Hydrogen will provide solid support for GUOFUHEE’s international layout, further contributing to the large-scale and commercial development of the global green hydrogen industry.
